The registration of any course or product is deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. In booking onto an Esprit Concrete course or class, you signify your consent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not continue with your application.

 

1. Participant Responsibilities:

1.1 Participation in any activity is voluntary. All aspects of the sessions will be fully explained to you before commencement.

1.2 You consent to being aware of your own health and physical condition and understand that there are risks inherent in participating and/or/receiving instruction in physical activity such as parkour/ADD.

1.3 Having such knowledge, you thereby release the trainer and its representatives, agents, employees and successors from liability for accidental injury, illness or death which you may incur as a result of participating in and/or receiving instruction in esprit concrete parkour classes. You hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said programme.

1.4 You agree to inform esprit concrete in writing, as soon as possible of any changes to medical circumstances, either prior to or during the program.

1.5 You agree that in an emergency esprit concrete or its representatives may authorise medical treatment for the person named above including aesthetic, if it is not practicable to consult you first. You will indemnify esprit concrete and its representatives, agents & employees from any responsibility given to them, in relation to acting in loco-parentis in the case of medical emergencies only

1.6 You agree to indemnify esprit concrete, its representatives, agents & employees, from all liabilities in relation to loss or damage suffered or caused by failing to follow any reasonable instructions given by coaches.

1.7 You understand that the information given may be kept on a computer database, which will only be accessed by the relevant organization within the Esprit Concrete partnership.

1.8 You confirm that information on this form is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

1.9 You are free to deny consent or withdraw consent at any time after consenting.

1.10. Any questions you have about future procedures risks or benefits to be expected are welcome. If you have any reservations or doubts, please voice these concerns, and ask for an explanation or clarification.

 

2. Parental/ Guardian Responsibilities:

2.1 By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to the person named in the application participating in esprit concrete activities.

2.2 You also consent to the person named being escorted by esprit concrete to and from activities on the programme, by vehicle both public & private and as a pedestrian where appropriate.

2.3 You recognise that the accompanying staff will be responsible for their supervision and care as far as can be reasonably expected.

2.4 You understand that they will not be constantly supervised one-to-one, and acknowledge the need for mature and responsible behaviour of the person named and believe that this can be expected of them.

2.5 You understand that there are risks inherent in participating and/or/receiving instruction in parkour/ADD and by accepting these terms and conditions assume full responsibility for any and all risk of death or personal injury or property damage suffered by the person named while participating and/or receiving instruction in esprit concrete Parkour classes.

2.6  You agree to inform esprit concrete in writing, as soon as possible of any changes to medical circumstances of the person named either prior to or during the program.

2.7 You agree that in an emergency, esprit concrete or its representatives may authorize medical treatment for the person named including aesthetic, if it is not practicable to be consulted first. 2.8 You agree to indemnify esprit concrete, its representatives, agents & employees, from all liabilities in relation to loss or damage suffered or caused by the person named above failing to follow any reasonable instructions given to them.

 

3. Esprit Concrete Services:

3.1 The information and content in Esprit Concrete Courses is not intended to replace an individual relationship with a qualified health care professional and is not intended as medical advice. Esprit Concrete encourages you to continue visiting with and being treated by your primary care physician or health care provider.

3.2 Only a Licensed Medical Professional can diagnose certain ailments and prescribe treatments and medications for you. Do not ignore or delay seeking medical advice or treatment because of any information obtained throughout this Programme.

3.3 Unless you are accessing the Esprit Concrete Clinical Psychology Team,  Esprit Concrete services are not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician, psychologist or any other licensed/registered professional.

 

4. Technology:

4.1. Esprit Concrete shall not be responsible for any performance or service problems caused by any third party website or service provider, including, for example, your web service provider service, payment services, your software and/or any updates or upgrades to that software.

4.2 Any such problems shall be governed solely by the agreement between you and that provider.

 

5. Termination of Account:

5.1 You may suspend your account at any time by emailing us at contact@espritconcrete.com

5.2 All Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful manner when attending classes or courses and when communicating with Esprit Concrete. Esprit Concrete reserves the right to decline participant attendance and/ or terminate your account should the company determine that you have acted in an intimidating, abusive, violent or disrespectful manner, with no recourse for refund of monies already paid.

 

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1 You agree that the classes and its contents, including training materials, products, services and/or other materials, are maintained for your personal use and information by Esprit Concrete and remain the property of Esprit Concrete.

6.2. No Programme Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by Esprit Concrete.

6.3. You may not distribute, modify, transmit or use the content of the classes or courses including any and all software, tools, graphics and/or sound files, for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of Esprit Concrete.

 

7. Esprit Concrete Privacy Policy:

7.1 Esprit Concrete is a partnership of three organisations, Esprit Concrete LTD, Esprit Concrete Academy CIC, and Esprit Concrete: FYI CIO (Formerly Free Your Instinct CIO).

7.2 Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

7.2.1 You have self-referred onto one of our courses or classes

7.2.2 Your care provider has referred you to one of our courses or classes

7.3 Each organization processes personal information in order to fulfill the contract for the provision of the service they are delivering. You are free to deny consent or withdraw consent at any time after consenting by contacting contact@espritconcrete.com, however your health data is necessary for legal purposes and to ensure we are appropriately qualified to help you.

7.4 Your data will not be shared externally, but may be shared between the esprit concrete organizations where appropriate, for example, with your consent when accessing other courses within a partner organization.

7.5 We will ensure your data is appropriately protected at all times.

7.6 Your data will be held on file for 7 years following the end of the service in accordance with legal requirements.

7.8 You have the right to lodge a complaint with the information commissioner’s office (ICO) should you believe we are not processing your information in accordance with the law or your request has not been dealt with appropriately.
