Overall, the ability to deliver integrative, holistic, person centered evidence-based sessions is a valuable asset for coaches. It allows them to provide their clients with services that are safe, bespoke, creative, and physically and psychologically nurturing, increasing their rapport with clients, their epistemic trust in services and their commitment to continue to challenge themselves and grow. It develops coaches skills to guide people to address current goals, process past hurdles and refer them on to ongoing support and development for future goals.
Parkour therapy is a low-cost and inclusive an intervention, making it a viable option for a wide range of clients. The learning is transferable to many areas of ones life, accessible in that it can be delivered in a variety of settings, including gyms, parks, and even playgrounds.
