Who Are We

The innovative Esprit Concrete Method combines parkour with successful clinical therapies used by health professionals including ACT, DBT, CFT, MBT and CBT and brings it to life in interactive inclusive sessions.

The Esprit Concrete Group (ECG) includes:

  • and the Esprit Concrete Method that provides a comprehensive package of delivery to organisations, aiming to support people mentally and physically, using the evidence based parkour therapy designed by Esprit Concrete Ltd
